The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rajouli P.S. Case No. 172 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of seizure list, it is evident that the alleged recovery has been made from the northern side of Dam near the canal. It is also submitted that the name of the petitioner dragged in the present case merely on the basis of secret information. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Nawada in connection with Rajouli P.S.
