The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner and one Bichcha Kumar are said to have stolen an auto rickshaw bearing registration No. BR-01 PC 6107.
It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. From perusal of the record, it appears that the petitioner was apprehended while fleeing away with the auto rickshaw but the petitioner has already remained in jail for nine months and he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41955 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sandeep Patel, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jehanabad in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 568 of 2014.
