The petitioner seeks bail in Bhargama P.S. Case No. 133/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have committed theft of goat but he was apprehended. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manoj Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Araria, in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 133/2015.
