Learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to furnish a copy of the petition to learned counsel for the State if it has not already served.

In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus Commanding the respondents to transfer the petitioner suitably in the district of Gaya against 1055 existing vacant and sanctioned posts of ANM and

Short question for consideration is whether the petitioner is entitled to relief sought in the representation and recommendation made by the concerned authority on 14.06.2020 vide Annexure-P/9.

Therefore, the concerned respondent/transferring authority is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's representation read with the recommendation and proceed to pass speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
