The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b), 26 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession country made pistol and one live cartridge was recovered for that the petitioner has remained in jail since 08.03.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Simultalla P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015.
