2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 65/66(D) of the I.T Act registered in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 07 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with shortage of Rs. 67,68,800/- from 14 ATMs which were under the maintenance of the firm Securevalue India Ltd., of which the petitioner is an employee. It is submitted that there is no specific accusation against the petitioner except that he had been given the password for discharge of duties relating to maintenance of ATMS machines. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
