The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 342, 323, 324, 427, 436, 435 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 13,16,18,19 and 20 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of coaccused, namely,Sakaldeo Kumar alias Sakal Sahani and having more or less similar allegation one co-accused,namely, Ashesh Sahani, has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 31.08.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 36610 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42185 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 Accordingly, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in Kurhani P.S.Case No. 201 of 2015.
