The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 385 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. The petitioner is alleged to have demanded extortion. It is submitted that no money was demanded. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. The petitioner has no manner of concern with any of the extremists group and he is in jail since 23.03.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
