Although Mr. Satish Chandra Jha, learned counsel for the private respondents endeavours to submit that the encroachment has not been removed in totality but in my opinion in view of the order-sheet reflecting a disposal of the

Patna High Court MJC No.2547 of 2016 (7) dt.22-03-2017 encroachment case, no cause is made out to continue with the contempt application. The party aggrieved by the disposal may move before the appropriate forum by filing appropriate application, for contesting the position reflecting from the ordersheet of the encroachment case.
