Some naxalite literature as well as mobile phone are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in jail custody since 31.05.2015 without having any overtact.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st-cum-Additional Munsif-II, Sherghati, District-Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 94 of 2015.
