JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

It appears from the perusal of the impugned order that one Sanjay Bind was apprehended and looted mobile of the informant was recovered from the possession of the aforesaid Sanjay Bind who disclosed that he had purchased the said mobile from the coaccused Munna Musahar and when the Munna Musahar was arrested he disclosed the name of the petitioner as his associates. Moreover, co-accused Munna Musahar has been released on bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court.

Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42461 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 P2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 14/2014.
