The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S.Case no.702 of 2019 dated 3.11.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 504, 506, 354B and 354C of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

As per the prosecution case the petitioner tried to outrage the modesty and misbehaved with the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is allegation that Jeenat Khatoon with Khajida Khatoon were going to Shiv Mandir for performing Pooja which does not appear to be probable and fruiterer allegation is that earlier a case had been lodged by the elder daughter of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6226 of 2020(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 informant in which the petitioner has already been acquitted. So far this case is concerned, he is in custody for more than two months and ready to co-operate in the disposal of the case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Protection of Children from Sexual Offences, Act, 2012, Patna in connection with Special Case No.221 of 2019 arising out of Naubatpur P.S.Case No.702 of 2019 dated 3.11.2019.. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
