The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "............... for issuance of an appropriate writ, rule or direction particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding upon the Respondents, particularly Respondent no 2 to immediately take action on his representation filed on 26.9.2023 for stopping the illegal operation of bus service from Darbhanga Railway Station towards Kusheshwar Asthan, Saharsa, Madhepura without having any allotted time table for Darbhanga Railway Station which the bus operators have been plying just ahead of the valid service of this petitioner on that route causing great loss day to

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has made a representation on 26.09.2023 to the Respondent No. 2 but the authority concerned, i.e., Respondent No. 2 is not disposing of the representation made by the petitioner. Learned counsel has stated that a direction may be given to the Respondent No. 2 to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

Per contra, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the representation made by petitioner on 26.09.02023 may not be available in the office of the Respondent No. 2 and in case the petitioner makes a fresh representation, the same shall be considered and passed orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the Respondent No. 2 ventilating his grievance within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being made, the Respondent No. 2 shall endeavor to dispose of the representation as expeditiously as possible

Patna High Court CWJC No.2607 of 2024(2) dt.19-06-2024 3/3 preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation in accordance with law. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

6. With the above direction, the present CWJC is disposed of.
