The petitioners seek bail in Ramgarh P.S. Case no. 35/2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioners figured in the confession of Dindayal Musahar. Save and except the confession of the co-accused no tangible material is collected nor any looted article was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in jail since 06.07.2015 but they have not been put on Test Identification Parade. Similarly situated co-accused Vijay Musahar has already been enlarged on bail

Case No. 35/2012.
