The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 471 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 379, 411, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.07.2018. He further submits that although the name of the petitioner was mentioned in the F.I.R. but his name transpired on the statement of Avdhesh Kumar who was apprehended at the spot. He further submits that petitioner has remain in custody for more than six months.

No.8490 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 Considering the period of custody and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in this case, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 471 of 2018.
