After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 28.05.2016 passed in Appeal No. 1 of 2015 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Nalanda.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
