Petitioner is named in first information report with accusation that he used to tease the informant's sister and also got prepared a forged Sim in the name of informant's sister. Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that informant's sister was in love with the petitioner and she solemnized her marriage with the petitioner and thereafter, petitioner started helping the family of the informant in terms of the money and when he demanded his money, from the informant, the present case has been lodged against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards Annexure-3 to this petition and submits that as a matter of fact, the

No.41483 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 informant's sister applied for admission in Rai Virendra Singh College, Hajipur, Vaishali for the Sessions 2010-12 and the petitioner was shown as guardian of the aforesaid girl and furthermore, he drew my attention towards Annexure-2 to this petition and submits that much prior to filing of this petition, the petitioner had already filed an informatory petition in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur against the informant and his other family members.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gopalganj Nagar P.S. Case No. 271 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
