The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the authorities to release the arrears of difference of grade pay which has accrued to him with increase in his grade pay from Rs. 1650/- to Rs. 1800/- vide Government Resolution of the year 2015. There are other payments which are due against the respondents which has been withheld from the petitioner without any reason.

3. The petitioner has been representing time and again for redressal of his grievances but to no avail. It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on one occasion, the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Aurangabad, Bihar, when represented by the petitioner, issued

Patna High Court CWJC No.3371 of 2019 dt.22-02-2019 2/2 a direction to the In-charge, Medical Officer, Primary Health Centre, Deo, Aurangabad to look into the matter and pass necessary orders making payment of the arrears which has accrued because of the enhancement of the grade pay of the petitioner but the aforesaid direction has yielded no result.

The petitioner, under the aforesaid circumstances, is directed to make a detailed representation before the Incharge, Medical Officer, Primary Health Centre, Deo, Aurangabad within a period of four weeks from today, who on receipt of such representation shall dispose it of by a reasoned order, without fail within a period of six weeks thereafter.

5. It is made clear that if the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, no dilatory attempts should be made by the concerned respondent in passing necessary orders for redressal of grievances of the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
