Counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim of the petitioner raised in the instant writ proceeding is covered by the decision of a Division Bench of this Court passed in the case of Shaligram Prasad Singh & ors vs The State of Bihar & ors. passed in MJC No. 243 of 2018. The relevant portion relied upon is as follows:- "The writ applications which have been filed after 26th of February, 2016, except one as indicated hereinabove, are also disposed of on the same terms giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the State Government after the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2175 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) Diary No.25804 of 2017 if the Hon'ble Supreme Court grants any relief to the persons similarly situated to the petitioners."

Having regard to the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of.
