JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhaka (Pachpakari) P.S. Case No. 314 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be mother in law of the deceased and allegation against her and other is of causing her death in connection with demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no specific allegation has been attributed to the petitioner and she has been in judicial custody since 02.12.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above submissions, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5538 of 2020(4) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikranha at Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Dhaka (Pachpakari) P.S. Case No. 314 of 2018 , subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of her bail bonds.
