2. This writ petition has been filed for quashing the memo No. 229 dated 14.01.2023 issued under the signature

Patna High Court CWJC No.2821 of 2023 dt.04-09-2024 2/3 of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Samastipur, by which respondent No. 9 has been appointed as Incharge Headmaster of +2 Sri Sundar High School Muktapur, Anchal Kalyanpur, District Samastipur contending that the petitioner is senior to respondent No. 9.

Respondent No. 8 / The District Programme Officer (Establishment), Samastipur has filed a counter affidavit, wherein, in paragraph 10 it has been stated that the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 12.01.2024 to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Samastipur and the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and the petitioner is now working as Incharge Headmaster of +2 Sri Sundar High School Muktapur, Anchal Kalyanpur, District Samastipur (Annexure R/A to the counter affidavit filed by the respondent No. 8).

In that view of the matter, since it appears from the counter affidavit filed by the respondent No. 8 that the petitioner is now working as Incharge Headmaster of +2 Sri Sundar High School Muktapur, Anchal Kalyanpur, District Samastipur and thereby the grievance of the petitioner raised in the writ petition has been redressed, the writ petition shall stand disposed of with no consequential orders.
