The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 78 of 2013 registered for offence under Sections 22 and 22 of N.D.P.S. Act with regard to huge quantity i.e. 299 packets of Ganja was recovered from the vehicle and the petitioner was driver of the said vehicle.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
