The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 370 and 371 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that petitioner took his son to Delhi for employment. Three years passed but his son did not return. It is submitted that he went to Delhi and got employment. Petitioner has no knowledge abut the whereabouts of son of the informant. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class Gaya in connection with Alipur P.S.
