2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 414 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Total 900 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from four motorcycles and petitioner is registered owner of one of the seized motorcycle.

4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
