2. Looking into the prayer made in the writ application, this Court finds that the writ application was filed for quashing of an order contained in Memo No. D.No. 9320/2017/NCTE/ Inspec. 33202 dated 23.05.2021 issued under the signature of Member Secretary, National Council for

Patna High Court CWJC No.13408 of 2017(3) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 Teacher Education by which petitioner was directed to fill-up affidavit regarding further inspection of the Institution for purpose of affiliation by the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna. Petitioner has also prayed for a direction to the respondent to exonerate the petitioner from filing the affidavit regarding further inspection of the Institute.

According to the office notes, the record of this petition was directed to be transmitted to the Hon'ble Delhi High Court but on perusal of the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, it has been pointed out that the party's name differs with the case number which is mentioned as Transfer Petition (C) No. 1384/2017.

4. Since learned counsel for the petitioner has no instruction, this Writ Application cannot proceed as it is. It is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application, if occasion so arises in future, depending upon the information.

5. This Writ Application stands disposed of accordingly.
