Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that the F.I.R. of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. During investigation the petitioner was implicated merely for the reason that mobile location of the petitioner was found nearby the place of occurrence. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 11.09.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. In the aforesaid circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
