This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 138 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 326, 307 & 34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act and later on Section 302 is added. The petitioners are the agnates of the deceased. They have been named after ten days by the son of the deceased. Nothing prevented the close relatives from naming their agnates if they were involved in the crime. The petitioner is in jail since 20.07.2021.

Considering the aforementioned facts, this regular bail application is allowed.
