06-02-2019 Heard Sri Krishna Prasad Singh, learned senior counsel assisted by Sri Saket Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Mukeshwar Dayal, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

Sri Singh, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion and he is in custody since long i.e. 12-12-2017. However, Sri Mukeshwar Dayal, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, has referred to Annexure - 1 to the petition and submits that petitioner's prayer for bail has already been rejected on 04-05-2018, vide Cr. Misc. No. 27056 of 2018, considering the merit of the case as well as serious accusation i.e. recovery of 726 Kg. of Ganja.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6844 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that on merit, the prayer for bail has already been rejected, there is no reason to again entertain the same.

The prayer for bail stands dismissed.
