The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 147/148/149 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x)(iv) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Petitioner is named in the First Information Report. No specific allegation has been made against this petitioner. Occurrence took place due to land dispute. There is omnibus and general allegation against this petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial
