JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-06-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansoorchak P. S. Case No. 102 of 2018 dated 23.11.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The husband of the informant was found dead on the road with his neck tied with a towel. The informant suspected the hands of the petitioner and others.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that but for suspicion, there is no material in the investigation report to connect the petitioner with the offence.

No.5779 of 2020(3) dt.05-06-2020 2/2 The informant is not an eye-witness to the occurrence and she has named the petitioner and others only because of some past dispute with respect to land. Out of the persons, who have been suspected to be the killers of the deceased, three persons have already been granted bail by different Benches of this Court.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2019. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Begusarai in connection with Mansoorchak P. S. Case No. 102 of 2018.
