JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tr. No. 25 of 2019 arising out of Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 203 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 414, 420, 406, 379, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 8(c), 8(b) and 20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that total 3.1 Kgs of Ganja was seized. The petitioner is driver of the truck. He is in custody since 5.11.2019. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the quantity of Ganja, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
