JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and admittedly, petitioner is in jail custody since 03.11.2011 and up till now, not a single prosecution witness could be examined as it is evident from perusal of letter no. 19/15 dated 06.02.2015 of learned trial court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
