The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of Provident fund, pensionary commutation value, salary for 8 months and group insurance. The petitioner superannuated on 01.02.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner superannuated on 01.02.2019, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to finally determine the entitlement of post-retiral dues of the petitioner and ensure payment thereof

Patna High Court CWJC No.3933 of 2020(2) dt.24-06-2020 2/2 within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner shall be entitled to interest at the rate of 9% per cent on all post retiral dues from the date of retirement till the date of actual payment.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
