2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 379, 498(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other accused persons is said to have tortured and assaulted the informant due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
4. By order dated 17.04.2023, this matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to resolve the dispute between the parties.

5. The learned Mediator vide its report dated 17.07.2023 has, inter alia, reported that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties as per the terms and conditions as mentioned in the report.
6. As the dispute has already been resolved between the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Pupari P.S. Case No. 421 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
