The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation. The petitioner and other accused persons are also said to have confessed their guilt and on their disclosure, looted money was said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and others. The petitioner is in jail since 04.03.2015 but he has not been put on T.I. parade. Similarly situated co-accused Deepak Kumar and Vishal Kumar have already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Criminal Misc. Nos. 19862 of 2015 and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40224 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 22633 of 2015 respectively. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Rashmi, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 77 of 2015.
