2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections Section 147, 148 , 149, 323 , 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner gave repeated blow to the son of informant due to which he sustained grievous injury .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of land dispute , a simple occurrence of maarpeet took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case . Petitioners claims clean antecedent. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6124 of 2025(3) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 custody since 18.10.2024 .
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , period of custody and other circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Nawada in connection with Kadirganj P.
