The petitioner is in custody in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 333 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30, 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 50 ltrs of wine was recovered from the tempo in which the petitioner is said to has travelled. The petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on
