The petitioner seeks bail in Mednichowki P.S. Case no. 25/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 387, 506 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is named in the FIR along with other accused persons and the informant alleged that they demanded extortion. The accused persons were kidnapping him and also fired causing injury to the informant.

It is submitted that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused Nitish Yadav @ Nitish Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25420/2015. The case of the petitioner stands on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42825 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Raghubansh Narayan, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Lakhisarai, in connection with Mednichowki P.S. Case no. 25/2015.
