The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Minapur P.S. Case No. 618 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 37(C) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

On secret information raid was conducted at Golu Line Hotel where four persons were found drinking liquor and apprehended by the police. Apprehended persons disclosed their names as Dilip Kumar, Ranjit Kumar, Rajesh Kumar and Guddu Kumar who were drinking liquor at the said Golu Line Hotel they disclosed that line hotel in question belongs to petitioner. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner and he was not found in drunken condition.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7281 of 2022(2) dt.14-07-2022 2/2 Counsel for State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent of similar nature.

Considering the criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
