The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant and others was going to get information but Bilas Yadav and eight others including the petitioners, namely, Chandan Yadav and Arjun Yadav made indiscriminate firing causing firearm injury to Md. Azad Quraishi, Md. Ibrahim Quraishi, Md. Faiyazul Haque @ Gullu Sheikh. The informant further alleged that Bhola Yadav made firing causing firearm injury to Md. Saddam Quraishi and Md. Kamran Quraishi.

It is submitted that no specific allegation of firing is made against the petitioners and only three persons got firearm injury. Similarly situated co-accused Bilash Yadav has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 36563 of 2015. The case of the petitioners stands on the same footing as that of Bilash Yadav.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Daudnagar, District- Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P. S. Case No. 134 of 2015.
