2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(A) To issue a writ in the nature of certiorari setting aside decision dated 07.06.2016 signed by Respondent No.4, District Officer, Jamui, Respondent No.5, Additional Collector and Respondent No.6, the Incharge

Patna High Court CWJC No.11908 of 2016(2) dt.21-07-2025 2/3 Officer, Revenue Branch, Jamui by which it was approved to transfer 0.03 Acres of land in favour of information and Public Relation Department, Bihar, Patna appertaining to Khata No. 130, Khesra No. 524, Thana No. 29, MauzaMahishwari for construction of Press Building/club as also recommendation for same as the said settlement will prevent ingress and egress to the residential house of petitioner and his two brothers appertaining to Khata No.87, Keshra No. 523, as the land of petitioner is situated just adjacent west to Plot No. 524 which is on western of road.

(B) To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents to provide information with respect to settlement of 0.03 Acres of land of Khata No.130, Khesra No.524, Mauza-Maheshwari, Thana No. 29, Block + P.S.-Jamui, DistrictJamui and the documents of order of construction over the aforesaid piece of land. (C) To issue a writ in the nature of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11908 of 2016(2) dt.21-07-2025 3/3 prohibition to Respondents not to make construction over raiyati land of petitioner appertaining to Khesra No.523, Khata No.87, Thana No.29, Mauza-Maheshwari, Block + P.S.- Jamui, District-Jamui.

(D) Any other relief or reliefs, writ or writs, direction or directions which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances may also be granted."

3. It has been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has become infructuous and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
