2. The present application has been filed for modification in order dated 18.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.48664 of 2024, for extension of the time granted to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.

3. Counsel submits that vide order dated 18.09.2024, there was specific direction to the petitioner to surrender within 4 weeks from the date of order. On the said date, due to illness, the petitioner, who is lady could not surrender herself.

4. Counsel further submits that though bail has been granted to the petitioner, but since with a view to comply the order, the petitioner moved for extension of the time.

5. Counsel further submits that in future, such mistake shall not take place. He further submits that the petitioner is a lady and she was under treatment which is apparent from annexure-1 of the modification application.

6. Counsel for the State submits that petitioner is a lady and annexure-1 clearly shows that she is under treatment.

7. In the light of the submissions made, let the said modification be allowed and 3 weeks' further time is hereby granted to the petitioner from today to comply the order dated 18.09.2024.

8. Accordingly, the modification application is hereby allowed upto the extent.

9. It is also directed to the petitioner to deposit cost of Rs.1500/- before the Advocate Association, Patna High Court. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Prakashmani/- U T
