2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the designation of the respondent No 4. Let the same be done during course of the day.

3. The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner against the mutation order passed in favour of respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.11633 of 2016 dt.18-05-2017 2/2 No 8.

4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already filed a representation before the respondent no. 4 through registered post, on 06.05.2016, which is still pending. He prayed that the Court may direct the same to be disposed off.

5. Learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation agreed for a direction to the respondent no. 4 for disposal of the representation.

6. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4, with regard to the grievance raised in the present writ application. If such a representation is filed within two weeks from today along with a copy of this order, the respondent no. 4 shall consider the same, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the parties, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within three months from the date of filing such representation.
