The petitioner seeks bail in Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 310 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 08.01.2021. Vide order dated 23.03.2022, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'R'), which reveals that case has already been committed to the court of sessions. Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
