2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hisua P.S Case No. 686 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 303(2), 109(1), 75(2), 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. As per prosecution case, petitioner along with coaccused have assaulted the informant and his brother by means of iron rod.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that general and omnibus allegation against the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6787 of 2025(3) dt.19-04-2025 2/2 petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 19.11.2024.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. On perusal of FIR and impugned order it appears that, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties injured in this occurrence
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S Case No. 686 of 2024 with condition that petitioner shall furnish bail bond before the trial Court after farming of charge and trial Court is directed to conclude the proceedings of farming of charge and proceeding of commitment of the case of the petitioner within one month.
