Heard both sides.

The grievance of the petitioner is that her mother was working on the post of Block Teacher in Khaira Middle School, block, Kauakol but she died on 25.09.2017. The application of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground was sent to the District Programme Officer, Nawadah on 28.01.2018 but even after lapse of more than two years the same has not been considered.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2523 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 Having considered the facts aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Nawadah, who is chairman of the District Compassionate Appointment Committee, to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground and pass order in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
