The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR for recovery of pick-up van loaded with papers. The police apprehended the petitioner and got his confession. Save and except confession the police did not collect any tangible evidence against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 28.05.2015 but he has not been put on T. I. Parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Vaishali P.S.
