The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on 06.04.2015. One country-made carbine was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and, for that, the petitioner has already remained in jail for ten months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Pakribarawan P.S.
