Taking into consideration that it is the petitioner, who gave several dagger blows to the deceased as a result thereof, deceased died in course of his treatment, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 44 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran stands rejected.
