2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"I. To direct the respondents especially respondent no. 5 and 6 to investigate the case i.e. Town P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024 U/S. 420,467,468,471/34 of 1.P.C. properly and also to take legal action against the accused persons.
II. Also to direct the respondents especially respondent no. 3 and 4 monitor the investigation of the case i.e. Town P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024 U/S. 420,467,468,471/34 of 1.P.C. properly so that proper investigation of the case could be done by the I.O."
